    Hi Stephanie,

    Sorry to hear that.

    It sounds like you may well be having the same issue as kwss. If your hosting company is using a very old version of PHP, they really should update as it’s quite insecure.

    I keep decent version control of this plugin, so all old versions available. See here for a list of zip files.
