Latest Update Causes Issues with Scanning

Hello –
WF was running fine on all of our sites previous to this update, now it is showing this message on every site we’ve updated where it wasn’t there before:
Scan Failed
The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself.Why is this happening, not just on one site, but every one we have updated.
