Latest update caused prices to disappear

I made some test with the basic installation and a TwentySixteen theme and seems the price is showed in the right way.

Could you make a test and see if with a default configuration, the plugin is working fine?

I don’t have a copy of elementor pro so I cannot test it from my end.

I’m having the same issue on my site. Installed the free version, set up exactly as the documentation says and the prices for the gift card amounts are not showing on the front end. No way for the customer to buy a gift card. Please let us know of any help you can provide! Thank you!

Unfortunately, my client is not willing to change their theme, so I can’t comply with your request. Mind you, both Astra and Elementor are used extensively out there, so you may wish to ensure you are compatible with them. Your plugin used to work fine with them but only stopped after your 2.0.3 update, so you may want to look at what changes you made then and tweak them.

Although, I see you have a new update 2.0.4 available; does this include a fix perhaps?

This is still not working, even after the latest update, so I’m going to have to uninstall your plugin. Please tell me if customers that have purchased a gift card in the past will still be able to redeem them, after I remove your plugin?

sorry for the late reply.

If you are using Elementor, you need to include the Gift Card Product Form widget from the Elementor panel (see this image) in your gift card product template.

You need to have also the latest Gift Card plugin version installed (2.0.4)
