latest update broke plugin display

Just checked one of your articles and the plugin seems to be tracking visits just fine, so please:

1. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts, append &tab=debug to the URL in the address bar and hit Enter, take a screenshot and share it here.
2. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools, scroll down to the Data section, take a screenshot of that and share it here.
3. Go to Appearance > Widgets, find the WordPress Popular Posts widget, click on it to expand it and take a screen capture of its settings (you may need to take at least two, actually), then share it here.

I fixed the links – I was doing it all on my phone on the bus to uni this morning.

Alright, question for you: why did you set WPP to cache your data for 2 days? That’s a bit too long haha (yeah I know I’m the one who put that option there and I’m guessing you did for performance reasons, but still there are better alternatives if you’re worried about that.)

How many visits per day does your site get, for example?

Edit: same question applies to you too, @boyansharic.

Ok I’ll change that to 6 hours? and I have only about 100 visitors per day.

Personally I think that’s still a bit high, especially considering that your site’s traffic is not that big yet (the struggle we all go through haha) but that should be fine for the time being.

If after changing the expiration time to 6 hours (in your case, Chery) you still see the “Sorry, no data so far” message please let me know and we’ll try something else.

It’s working – I disabled the cache in the plugin settings!
