Latest update breaks site

    Just did the latest update to this plugin and got the following error:

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 49 of the file /public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/lite/includes/load.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/lite/includes/admin/wp-site-health.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php71/pear’)

  • Login via FTP or your hosting dashboard and delete the MonsterInsight plugin folder ‘/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress

    Had the same issue and got it resolved by removing the plugin for the time being.

    Hi there,
    We’ve issued an update for this.

    SVN didn’t add one of our files, ugh.

    Version 7.7.1 should solve this issue
