• I’ve been using this plugin for a couple of years now, and it does exactly what I need: it allows me to assign tracking numbers to orders, sends those tracking numbers to customers, and allows me to come back to my order list periodically to both check the tracking information and set the order status to “delivered” when the order has been received by the customer.

After updating to Version 3.3, 99.9% of my orders disappeared completely. The “Delivered” status had been removed, and all the orders assigned to that status were no longer accessible.

Thankfully my server has automatic nightly updates and I could roll back to version 3.2.9 to access my order data again, but now I’m facing not being able to update the plugin from this point on.

There’s nothing in the changelog for v3.3 that could explain this behaviour, but I did notice “Remove clickable link from shipment tracking column in orders list page” is listed as an Enhancement, which it definitely is not. It seems a bit like the developer is intentionally crippling this plugin to push people towards the (very expensive) paid-for version.

Like a lot of other recent reviews, I guess I’ll be looking for an alternative plugin to this one now, which is a shame.

The only feature we removed on this version is the Delivered order status which is related to TrackShip’s functionality that moved to their own integration plugin
however, we understand that some users need the Delivered status to mark orders manually and we just pushed a version and we added the option to create a custom Delivered status (WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Order statuses). I will appreciate if you can revise your review.
