Latest update Breaks Gravity forms

Had an order placed thru a gravity form earlier today so I know that they were working before the update.
Basically – updated YOAST and any page a gravity form is on generates a 404 error – disable YOAST and it’s back to working order again.
Any ideas what may be causing this?
