Latest Update Breaks ACF Tabs

ACF Pro 5.7.3
I’m using native ACF tabs to organize fields in admin. Latest 1.6.1 release essentially destroys tabs altogether. Fields within tabs remain intact and available for editing but are no longer distributed within designated tab structure.

Sorry, but I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please clean up your browser cache and reload the page? Also, do you have any test environment with the issue reproduced?

I’ve cleared cache. Issue appears on multiple development environments. I will run further tests on my end to see if it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Thanks.

Breaks ACF tabs for me, too. No errors in the console. But tabs work OK if I uncheck “Remember scrollbar position”.

Hi guys,

I need MORE information.

The latest version has a feature that prevents ACF field object from being collapsed on submit. The intention was to make field groups editing more convenient on Custom Fields > Field Groups admin page.

I assumed that this can affect repeater, tabs and other layout fields and tested this. I created repeater and tabs, added them to a page post type, opened a test page and checked if all works well. All works well for me.

I have installed ACF PRO 5.7.3 and TPB 1.6.1, no other plugins or ACF extensions.

Now I need to know where the fields that are broken are being used. And how exactly it looks for you. Just give me enough details. Thank you.

I limited scripts loading to a specific admin page in v1.6.2. Hope this helps.
