    Hi
Just updated Slideshow Satellite from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 after upgrading to WP V3.6 and it stopped working. I just installed 2.1.2 back on top of the new 2.1.3 and Slideshow Satellite works fine again.

I am not sure if it has anything to do with the new WordPress version or there is a bug on the new Slideshow Satellite v2.13 but thought to let you know.

    Thanks for a great plugin.

Well I’d love to see in which way your plugin stopped working in case other people run into the same issue. was there a javascript bug that happened? Or did it just not show a slideshow anymore?

Perhaps get in touch with me personally so we can get to the bottom of it? https://c-pr.es/contact/

    Thanks!

Hi, Once I updated it just stopped working all together. It simply does not load the images and the only thing that you can see is the background and the little loading icon.

Sorry as I always do the updates on my machine and not a live site so I can not show you. If there is anything specific that I should look will be happy to do so.

    Thanks

I found someone else with a similar issue. They ended up having a theme that wasn’t compatable with the latest jQuery on Google. Satellite has a config toggle under ‘Advanced Settings’ for running jQuery through WordPress or Google.

Select ‘No, WordPress’ and let me know if that fixes your issue! ??

Thanks for your reply as I forgot about the advanced options. Although the previous version worked fine with yes, Google the update prefers teh wordpress jquery. I changed it to WordPress and it fixed it.

Thank you for the great plugin.

    Yes, this worked for me!

The site (https://oarsontheallegheny.com/) is using Elegant Theme’s Event theme (an old version), and updating the Satellite plugin caused all the learn_more tags to stop functioning (and no info was showing there). I chose to run jQuery through WordPress and all is well again. (I suspect the issue is that I am using an old theme version …).

    Thanks so much ??

I’m using Woo Themes The Station and just set up a new site, the slideshow would not load, I switched the jquery from Google to WordPress and that solved the problem!

Switching to “No, WordPress” didn`t work for me. Any other suggestions? ??

Then you have a different issue, start a new thread and be as specific as possible.
    1) Javascript errors on the page?
    2) Have you ruled out a plugin or theme incompatability?
    3) Screenshot of what the page looks like is a bonus
    4) link to broken page is a super bonus
    5) any other information that you think might be useful to know

Post moved to new thread. Apologies.
