    After several runs of testing, the newest update can be confirmed to be the culprit in completely blocking access to the backend for certain user roles who have previously been set up to have full access.

    What can be done to fix this?

    Also, 17 days ago I sent an email to your listed IT on your website after you referred me there in the forums here. In the forums I also replied with a question to something rather vague that you mentioned, but no one has responded in either of these places. 17 days….

    I have exactly the same problem. The editors or shop-manager can’t access to the backend when the extensions Popup Builder Scheduling or Popup Builder Yes/No is activated.

    Sorry I did’nt see your response in a precedent topic (problem with version 4.3.0 acces refused for site editors).

    I have download the version 4.2.7 and its OK. Let us know when you fix the problem.

    @marierabault 4.2.7 is the most recent edition that works. I’m leaving it there until things are fixed.

    This doesn’t help me with my unanswered question from 18 days ago, though.

    Same issue too with Advanced Targeting extension. I lost many hours to find the problem yesterday, It’s not the first time the that plugin cause problems. Plus we are paying for the extension. I think is necessary much effort to develop and testing in order to respect the works of the clients!
