As soon as it installed, started getting 403 errors.
I had installed an AMP plugin and a Quantcast plugin earlier in the day, but something with this latest version broke it. Installed plugins are:
    AdRotate
    Anti-spam
Audience Analytics – by Quantcast (deactivated)
    Classic Editor
    GDPR
Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    Hummingbird
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    Publish to Apple News
    Really Simple SSL
    Simple Author Box
    Select Simple Tags
    Simple Tags
    Smush
    StopBadBots (deactivated)
    The Events Calendar
    Use Google Libraries
    Wordfence Security
    WP-Optimize
    Yoast SEO

    Hi Ucallrt

Sorry to know about your problem.
I tested last version in our server in a couple of sites before upload to WordPress, works fine.
    Here is some possible problems:
    1) Run the site with wp-config.php file with low memory available.
    2) Run old WordPress version.
    3) Site with Javascript errors.
    4) Try to run Dashboard => Tools => Site Health
    5) Incompatibility with another plugin. I saw you have a lot of plugins installed.

Here is our troubleshooting page for more details:

You can also try to remove this version and install again from WordPress.

    Cheers,
    Bill
