Latest Update 1.4.0 failing to install

  • seems that update is done, but due to different naming of the .php file the old version 1.3 still lives on.

    1.3 is named jck_adminbar_toggle.php (with underscores) where as 1.4.0 is named jck-adminbar-toggle.php (with dashes).

    Deleting the old (underscore-named) version of that file solved the problem for me

    Also the plug-in is renamed on the wp-admin plugins.php list – now shows as Admin Bar Toggle, as well as JCK Admin Bar Toggle. Stefan’s suggestion makes the old name entry disappear – I thought that was wrong before I noticed the second version further up the screen!

    Thanks to the author for the update, despite this glitch.

    Arg, yes. This is also reeking havoc on my WP manager ISync. It’s still shows that the plugin needs updated.

    I hope he can get this fixed. It’s a great plugin.

    Sorry guys, didn’t realise it’d cause so many issues; I wanted to put it inline with up-to-date WP coding standards.

    Should i change it back?
