• Hi,

I know this question has been asked many, many times, however upon updating WordPress I noticed that there wasn’t an option within Settings > Reading to make a static home page as opposed to your “Latest Posts” page.

If you or anyone else has any help with this issue, It would be much appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Hi,
I actually haven’t heard of this issue. Nor is this happening on any of my sites. If you switch to a different theme does this continue to happen?

Is it possible you don’t have any pages created?

@hannah, no, when switching to a different theme I was able to remove the Latest posts section of my site, but of course I would love to use Virtue! It’s my favorite theme!

My layout is very, very basic and Virtue has been the only theme that has been able to get what I want. You can view my site at https://www.jonahchristoff.com

    Thanks!

    Jonah,
As Kadence Themes said, have you actually created pages? You can’t set your front page as a static page if you don’t yet have a page created.
