I am unable to access or view any forms via the wordpress dashboard, WPForms->All Forms. But, there ARE functioning WPForms forms created and embedded on several pages, which I can access from the theme/block editor (Avila Advanced Layout Builder). But, from Forms Overview, I get “Hi there! It looks like you haven’t created any forms yet.” I was asked to help with an SMTP problem (which was fixed), but am thrown by the fact that their forms are not available from the dashboard, including the ability to see all forms and where they are used. They are using the Enfold Theme. All plugins are up to date. (Just a volunteer helping out a friend with their site.) Thx.

    Hi @memeyselfandi,

Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that the form isn’t displaying on the Forms Overview page.

When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

In case the issue continues after following the steps in that guide, please share the details from WPForms > Tools > System Info (screenshot). This information may help us to reproduce the issue and understand the issue you’re experiencing.

    Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. I needed to get a staging environment set up. I tried the troubleshooting steps in the link provided, including deactivating all plugins, clearing caches, switching themes. Even deleted and reinstalled wp forms. Same issue. The forms are available via individual pages, but no central listing appears. When one goes to wp forms from the dashboard, it says to ‘create your first form.’ Here is the system info from the LIVE site.

    Hi @memeyselfandi,

Thank you for all the details!

Since you’ve disabled all the plugins and changed the theme, but the issue still persists, it’s likely related to your server settings, such as security settings or mod_security.

Could you please share a screenshot of the Forms Overview page with the Console open? Here is a screenshot as a reference.

Also, please enable debugging in WordPress and follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Forms Overview page to reproduce the issue.
    2. After that, check the debug logs and share the most recent logs after accessing the Forms Overview page.

If it helps, we have a guide here on how to enable debugging in WordPress.

    Thanks!

Thank you. I have followed your instructions and am attaching the requested info. But, with my limited knowledge, I do not see anything that would affect the WP Form overview. I do see some warnings that I believe are related to the enfold theme and the avia editor. One other thing I have tried on the staging locations, I added a new form, which does display correctly from the dashboard. The “old” forms, however, still do not appear. Again, the forms are there on our site and actively working via the pages in which they appear. Is this possibly a database entry/record issue? Thanks again for your assistance. Here is the info requested from the last instructions:

Full Debug Log, including after opening WP Forms overview:

    Hi @memeyselfandi,

Thank you for sharing all those details!

Based on the information from the Console on the Forms Overview page and the logs, I don’t see anything directly related to the issue.

I agree that the problem might be linked to the database. I recommend looking for your forms in the _posts table and checking the post_status from there.

For your reference, I recorded this screencast.

If the issue continues, I’ll need a video showing each field in a form within the _posts table.

Also, if no new row is being generated in the _posts table after creating a new form, please reach out to your hosting provider to check on this issue.

    I really hope this helps!

    Hi @memeyselfandi ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
