    I uninstalled and reinstalled and am still running into the same issue. Can you help?

    Hi,

    I see that jQuery is not loading on your website as it should.

    If you have a cache plugin, deactivate it for a minute and test Starbox again. If it’s working, find the setting in the cache plugin that loads jQuery correctly on your website.
