    After updating to the latest version, (also on the latest version of woocommerce) the merchant feed broke when it synced with google overnight. Google said all of our products availability values were invalid. Previously the plugin sent the proper in_stock and out_of_stock but now its sending the qty of each sku that is in stock instead of the text. Even trying to use manual filters to change it to in_stock it wont fix.

    Anyone else had this issue? Current mapping is g:availabilty to Availability

  • The plugin messed up all feeds I previously had created and as a result, I lost 90 products from the merchant center!

    The feeds are empty. When trying to rebuild the feeds, it doesn’t do it. Creating a new feed just dwells on “processing 0%”, never completing the task. Otherwise great plugin in the past is now broken and useless.

    I am running the plugin in troubleshooting mode to avoid any potential plugin conflicts and still no good.

    What have you, developers done to it? This is terrible.

    I personally downgrade it to version 13.3.9.1 and now its working but i cannot add anymore rules…

    Hi @rprentice84,

    I’m testing out the availability mappable options and it seems to be printing out the in_stock values fine: https://www.loom.com/share/5fca786d6ac14c358262851b31e85dde

    Can you please pass on your debug log or provide more information on how your feed/store is setup? https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Also, confirm that you’ve already basic debugging to see if it’s a plugin/theme conflict.

    @superlemon1998

    I mentioned above that I ran mine in troubleshooting mode (with a default theme and minimum plugins). The issue persisted and is not related to any incompatibility with any other plugin or theme. Your plugin has a major bug. That is further supported by others’ reports.

    The existing feeds were empty and impossible to populate. The refresh would work for a few seconds, but nothing would update. Creating a new feed and trying to generate content for it would just spin indefinitely at 0% progress. I, too, reverted back to the previous version of the plugin and was able to refresh the feeds.

    Hey Jeff (@superlemon1998),

    I rolled the plugin back to 13.3.9 and it fixed the issue, so its not a theme or plugin conflict.

    @rprentice84 ,

    I see, can you still pass on your debug log so I can run some test? I’m unable to replicate the behavior of the attribute mappable showing incorrect values other than (in_stock, out_of_stock), values that are accepted by Google.

    Copying your setup might help with the debugging/fixing: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    I have the setup copied but cannot find a way to submit the info to your support team. I dont have the elite license.

    Hi @rprentice84 ,

    Uploading your product feed here should be fine but if you prefer to send directly: support @ adtribes dot io

    @superlemon1998 Just emailed you the config and a link to the feed. Its still down even after trying the latest version of the plugin from today.

    Being down almost 5 business days kills an e-commerce business. Any updates? not sure what major code refactoring you did with the most recent subversion but lots of support posts with a wide range of issues.

    @rprentice84 Rather than being stuck and losing business, downgrade back to a version that worked for you.

    Also, if you have an active and profitable site, it’s good to test updates on a test/staging site before applying them to the live one. Personally, I never update anything that’s less than 2 days old, which is typically enough time for others to discover issues.

    @superlemon1998 Can you please update on the progress of this. It is a bit uncomfortable not to be able to benefit from fixes and tweaks due to new issues.

    @galbaras Already downgraded days ago, but upgraded again due to back and forth emails with the plugin team to no resolve. I have since deleted the plugin because they cannot find a solution to the issue.

    I will also note that it was more than 2 days since the update that broke it before I upgraded mine, nearly a week. And I do test my updates, thus when I posted about the issue. They have deployed 2 updates since to fix other issues, but have not resolved this one.

    @galbaras ,

    We aren’t able to replicate this behavior regarding the availability/stock status not being being the expected outcome (instock, out_of_stock, backorder etc.)

    We had @rprentice84 reach out, we replicated his exact setup and still unable to replicate this behaviour so it’s quite isolated.

    We’ve already raised a bug report for this and will closely monitor as there’s no sure fire way to replicate/apply a fix.

    For now we’ll mark this as solved while we monitor the reports(if any).

    Maybe reset the plugin data and recreate the feeds from scratch?

    Thread Starter rprentice84

    (@rprentice84)

    I had used filters and rules to fix it but that only worked until the most recent update and then it started giving bad data again (either ‘no’ or ‘in stock’ versus the appropriate ‘in_stock’ for google. There is an incompatibility with this plugin and the latest version of WooCommerce and its related plugins.

    I rebuilt the feeds twice but it didnt resolve. When I backdate the plugin back to the older version from the last few updates the issue goes away with all other plugins being current.

    Whatever re-factor or changes happened with the update when we first posted this caused a fairly widespread set of issues based on all the posts, and it hit everyone differently (which is to be expected based on what plugins people are using).

    I did my feed with another plugin for now, to avoid further disruptions.
