latest elementor plugin upgrade shutdown the site

Hello,

I recently found some incompatibility issues with latest Elementor plugins.

Whenever I upgrade Elementor plugin in my wordpress beyond 3.6.7, my wp-admin and site become inaccessible. (just shows the blank page).

I received the below error from WP site for recovery options. sometime recovery links dont work. so with the help of our hosting provider, I could able to retrieve back to old backup settings. No issues seen with other themes but only with genesis theme.

Current Elementor plugin version : 3.6.7 (beyond this doesnt work)
Current Elementor pro plugin: 3.2.1
PHP: 7.4
wordpress version: 6.1.1
Genesis Magazine prod: 3.7.1 (latest)
Genesis Blocks (plugin): 1.5.3

Whenever I select Elementor plugin upgrade beyond 3.6.7 (latest 3.9.2), my site stops. I need to contact or recovery site to retrieve back my site.

Error that I get as below:

Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 14 of the file /home/u912881527/domains/trutechies.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/magazine-pro/functions.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required

I checked with genesis support team, they tested in thier lab test setup but couldnt replicate issue. They requested to check with elementor support team as below.

"Since Elementor is a third party plugin, we do recommend reaching out to Elementor to see if they are aware of any conflict or bugs regarding their plugin and Genesis.
They may have a work around to share with you to help resolve this issue you are experiencing."

Whenever I disable the Elementor plugins, then I can access my wp admin or else it just shutsdown and my site/wpadmin portals become inaccessible.

Please help to get this fixed and let me know if any details required.
