    For your first issue –
    Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Theme General Options -> paste the below code in Custom CSS box and save –

    .enigma_blog_thumb_date {
    display: none;
}

    For second issue –
    Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Social Options -> here you can remove Email ID and Phone Number and save.
