Late syndicate after change server

Hi. I transfered my site to a VPS.
But now a problem occurred! Update feeds is verey delayed! (I confirmed 2 minutes for between polling but it delayed 3 hours! also I confirmed “automatically check for updates before…” in update section.
What I do?
