    Everything was perfect until I updated Elementor Addonsthis morning. My site is blank. If I deactivate Elementor Addons, it is back, minus my galleries, etc.

    sigh….

    I am guessing I need to leave it deactivated and go a different route, rebuilding my whole site, or…?

    I got a rollback plugin and rolled Elementor Addons back to the previous version 2.10.0. I will leave it on that version until whatever problem is occurring is resolved.

    @debreena,

    Hi, there. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Normally, by deleting the plugin and installing it freshly does the trick. Can you please tell us a bit more like which error did you see? We are already working on to resolve this issue. You can keep the current version for now till it becomes stable.

    Thank you.

    It was a blank page. All white. Nada. A whiteboard. :/ I am afraid I was a bit upset at first.

    I only deactivated the plugin. I was afraid I would lose all of my work if I deleted it. I have a lot of galleries. The Elementor Addons Gallery thingie is perfect for me.

    If I delete the plugin and reinstall though, will I have to redo the galleries and such again? I have 8 of them. I have been rather busy. ;D I will re-backup my site, just in case, of course.

    @debreena,

    Hi, there. Sorry for the issue that you had to face. We are already working on to fix this issue as soon as possible.

    However, don’t worry. You don’t lose any of your works by deleting the Plugin. You can simply just install it and your saved works with our plugin would be there.

    Regardless, if you are not facing any issue with the current version you are using, then I would recommend not to change it right now since we are still working on to make the plugin more stable. Anyways, I will let you know when it’s all finished.

    Thank you for your patience.

    @debreena,

    Hi, there. We have released a new version today. So, please update to the latest version and your issues should be resolved now.

    If you still face any issue with the layout, simply just go to your WordPress dashboard. Then navigate to wp-admin -> Elementor -> Essential Addons -> Tools. Then, click on ‘Clear Cache’ button. It should fix it. Here’s the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/n78rdi

    So, let me know how it goes. Thank you.
