Last woocommerce products don’t sync in Facebook catalog

    Hi!:
    Since May 2022, the products I add in my woocommerce store don’t syn in Facebook catalog. The rest of the products does and are ok sync.
    The only difference between synchronized products and the last ones is that they don’t have a ID for each variation.

    Example of a sync product in Woocommerce:

    Example of a no-sync product in Woocommerce:

    As you see, something is wrong with the ID’s of the variations: they are not generated in the last products added, and I don’t know where is the problem. All plugins are updated. Pixel is ok…

    the products I add in my woocommerce store don’t syn in Facebook catalog. The rest of the products does and are ok sync.

    That sounds like there are two groups of products, one group added into WooCommerce, and the rest. Can you provide more information about this, please?

    For better assistance, please share a copy of your site’s System Status, it is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Hi,
    I sell books and every one has two variations (paper-book and e-book). All of them works properly in my Woocommerce store, but since May 2022, the books that I add into the WC store doesn’t generate the ID code for each variation (paper ande ebook), I mean that this codes only are needed for the Facebook plugin that synchronize WC catalog with FB catalog. So my WC store works fine, but the last products I added since May doesn’t sync. They seem to be configurated as the rest of my products, so I don’t know where is the problem with the last ones.
