last version Woo does not have diacritics in emails

In which part of the email are these words found? I’ve tested by using P?íjmení as a product title and the characters are presented correctly in the body of the New Order and Processing emails. It’s possible that your email server or third party SMTP service is striping those characters. It’s also possible that your email client is stripping them.

under fields “order information (product, shipping, total)” are user fields and their names, addresses, etc., and here is this error.

we have hosting with a Czech provider, so there cannot be problem with the server or the provider.

When I look up P?íjmení in Google Translate, it says it means “surname”. In my tests, the word “surname” does not appear at all in the emails. Do you maybe have some theme templates that customize the emails?

You could view these in your WooCommerce > Status, down near the bottom, if there are any.

in fields down under order details, can be for example surname names of clients and some names have letter as ě,?,?,?,? in name and this letters are showed without ˇ etc.

I see. I’ve just tried a test using those characters in the last name field on checkout. WooCommerce didn’t have any problem rendering these characters on the order page or in the emails sent to the Administrator or the customer. Laurena mentioned potential template overrides in your theme. That could be the cause here. You can find any email template overrides at the bottom of your WooCommerce System Status Report at WooCommerce > Status. Template overrides are files that your theme adds to replace WooCommerce template files.

As a test, you could try using the Twenty Seventeen theme temporarily.
