Last version: Problem with FRAME and HEADING

Hi, I have a lot of this on my sute:
[frame align=”left”][post_thumbnail size=”thumbnail”][/frame]
This is not working anymore. FRAME is not working with another shortcode inside.
This is true also for HEADING. If I put a shortcode inside HEADING, HEADINg will not work anymore. Before it was wotking.
