We have discovered the origin of the problem: our latest update did not migrate the settings from the previous version. We have patched the current version with the fix, and have implemented a new quality control for future releases to ensure this does not happen again.
We recommend restoring the custom setting that you have lost from an earlier backup (local or from your hosting provider), if available. Thereafter you can update the plugin to our most current version (which as of this writing is our patched v3.6.4).
