Last update lock wp admin on WPeMatico About page

    Hi,

    After the last update (1.9.4) we’re stuck on the WPeMatico about page no matter what admin page we try to access.

    Not even WPeMatico Settings page can be opened.

    Any tips on the issue?

    Hi @simplicitywp,

    This by sure was an error in the update process. You should delete the plugin folder by FTP and install it again.

    Hi @bearsox,

    If the update was interrupted before its end then could be possible.

    But until now we can’t reproduce this issue in a normal enviroment.
    Can you tell how you made the update ? I mean if you update from FTP or by the plugins page or by Dashboard Updates page. And also if you updated it alone or with multiples plugins.

    Love the plugin, and I’m not being critical. I host on WP Engine and I didn’t interrupt the update process in any way. I did do a bulk update. Perhaps there’s a page redirect that is failing post update?

    I not heard you as critical, at all!
    I really apreciate this feedback to helps us to solve the issues.

    But anyway, we must reproduce the error to see how can be solved. That’s why I’ve asked all the questions to try to do the same to get the same error.

    We’ll take a look at the bulk updates and the redirections for the next release. With an extra control of the transient that manage the redirections.
