    The issue has been resolved. Perhaps it wasn’t related to the plugin.

    Hi,
    The latest update (4.4.26) may have caused an issue. I was notified by my host that the website is not loading because of this. The specific error is:

    An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 337 of the file /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-product-catalogue/Functions/Prepare_Data_For_Insertion.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘(‘

    Is it possible to get this fixed.

  • OK, so HOW was it resolved? I have the same error, same line since the update yesterday.

    By removing the plugin from the plugins directory, my site is back. What is the issue? How should it be resolved?

    Thanks for letting us know about this. There was actually an issue with the formatting of that line of code. We’ve just released an update to correct it.
