Hi. I am using The Events Calendar from Modern Tribe (plugin) to manage events. At the bottom of each event is a Details box. This box is supposed to display the date and time of the upcoming event. However, since I updated the theme to the latest revision last week, it no longer pulls the date and time into that Details box.

I have switched my theme to Twenty Twelve to verify, and the date/time works fine in the details box in that theme. I switched back to AccessPress Lite, and the date and time disappear.

So – a theme conflict. However, this is the only thing that is not working with the plugin. My information is that The Events Calendar uses a custom post type, I believe. I am getting in over my head at this point.

Is it possible that something was changed in the theme update that could be rectified so this will start working again? I am not qualified to even guess what it might be.

There must be some conflict with the plugins.. Disable one by one and check

Hi! I tried installing the Accesspress Lite in a wordpress file without any plugins installed yet but still the same problem exists. And this time the time is not showing too. I guess the problem is it’s compatibility with the theme. I hope this can be fixed.

Yes, this is definitely a theme compatibility issue, not a plugin conflict. It works fine on other themes with all the same plugins, and does not work in this theme with no plugins installed. Thank you.

Accesspress Lite is a really nice theme and I don’t wanna switch into other just because of this bug. I hope we’ll get a response from Access Keys author.

Put this css in the custom CSS field in the tool tab of theme option panel.

.byline, .updated{display:block}
.event-date{display:none}

It will work..

Hello, my website is . I tried to follow your instruction there for MJ but I can’t find the tool tab of the theme option panel. There are only Basic, Homepage, Slider, Sidebar, Social Links, Miscellaneous, and About AccessPress Lite tabs.

Please update it to latest version.. Version 1.7.1 doesn’t have this feature.. IF you have made changes in the code then bad luck.. If you update all your changes will go.
