last update broken my site

Can you please explain what problem you are getting in the latest version.

hello,
after update is done the menu web site composition has become completely messy.
I go to make a restore with backup until you solve the issue.

Now you can see the site ok, but if I update the theme the menú composition will go out again.

In the new update there are styles improvements, please clear your browser cache & check again.

Let us know if you will still getting problem ?

I tested it with 3 different browsers, all caches cleared.
Then in the styles of the last version must be the problem.

At last solved the issue. As I did:

-uploaded the latest version of the theme to my site by ftp renaming the specia folder by specia1.
-renamed my site Specia theme folder to specia_old.
-renamed the specia1 folder back to its original name, specia.
-deleted the specia_old folder.

By doing all this, I have been able to update the theme without the menu on my website breaking down.

Auch bei mir ist die Seite bereits im letzten Jahr nach Lizenzerneuerung zusammengebrochen. Seit Erneuerung der Lizenz und erstem Update funktioniert das mobile Menü nicht mehr und dies lies sich bisher auch nicht mehr beheben. Nach heutigem Update Versuch brach die Seite wieder erneut zusammen, das Theme l?sst sich nicht aktualisieren.
Wo genau erh?lt man zuverl?ssigen Support ? Bitte einen korrekten Link zu einer Seite senden auf welcher man ein Support Ticket erstellen kann. Vielen Dank
