    Hello!

I am here to inform you that your latest update broke the site completely.
Well, strangely, we can open the site IF we are NOT logged in. Meaning, guests see the site without issues, but if we are logged in with our admin accounts, the site doesn’t load, and it gives an error. Blank page with unavailable site.

We do have access to the WP dashboard. So I disabled Elementor for now and everything is working great!

Luckily, we only used Elementor for a few loose pages. The main landing page is built with the theme itself.

Please fix this so we can activate the plugin again. Those Elementor pages are a bit ugly to say the least, with the plugin disabled.

    Cheers!

I have issues since the last update too. My site is up but not functioning properly and I get PHP Errors

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Argument 1 passed to Elementor\Controls_Stack::sanitize_settings() must be of the type array, string given, called in /home/nimdacrinum/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/controls-stack.php on line 987

Seems this causes the issue: Cannot declare class Elementor\\Controls_Stack, because the name is already in use in /wp-content/plugins/novaworks/includes/extensions/elementor/override/includes/base/controls-stack.php on line 0

So any update on this? Our sites continue to not open, and there already was a recent update on Elementor. I’m having the plugin disabled for now.

Lucky for my site, only a few pages are built with Elementor, and their content is fairly basic and translates well into a normal non-elementor page. But I assume there are lots of sites out there with BIG issues.

    Please fix the plugin.

No update yet? Please solve this. Its been months and I’m pondering to replace Elementor for my affected websites…

    Thanks!

Ok just a feedback here, if this helps anyone. I was having some issues with other plugins with the same or very similar symptoms, so I went to our CPanel > PHP options and raised the Memory limit to the double (256M).

Now Elementor is active again and the site is loading without issues.

Check that out and see if that helps.

And Elementor staff in the forums, thanks for not saying a word. Problem is solved, but not thanks to you.
