Hi there, and thank you for the report!

I had a quick look at your site (thank you for leaving the non-working state up, it made this much easier!), and what I am seeing is that a plugin, or your theme, is trying to use jQuery code before it exists on the site, I’m not sure how this code tried to implement the need for jQuery originally, but it is relating to adding a date picker to your page.

With that said, it appears your site works without the plugin enabled, so you may no longer need it, have you tried using the rest of your site without the plugin active?

Thank you for your quick answer.

Yes, it looks like everything is working fine with the plugin deactivated. So I guess I no longer need it.

What’s weird is that the plugin affects only Slider Revolution, and not the rest of the site.

What’s even more weird, is that I have other websites in which I’ve installed both your plugin and Slider Revolution…but they’re working fine. So maybe it’s a combination of theme+Slider Revolution+your plugin.

    Thank you again.

It is very likely it could be another plugin, or the theme, causing a conflict, yes ??

Happy to hear you no longer need the plugin though! We do hope everyone gets to remove it eventually.

    Hi @clorith.

Just to keep you posted, I’ve found what was causing the issue:

Wonderful, thank you very much, this is very helpful!

I have a suspicion of why it may be happening in that relation as well, so I think there’s some steps we can take to harden things if it turns out to be a recurring problem for many. (it’s a bit invasive in terms of overriding other plugins, so I’d like to avoid doing it if not needed, which isn’t ideal in your scenario obviously, but more complexity means more possible pitfalls, as they say)

It looks like in these specific cases the author is already tackling the issue, finding a fix to be included in future updates.

The one for AsyncJavascript has already been released.

So I think is fine for now. ??

Ahh, sorry for the confusion, ‘ve been through so many topics today, I got the backstory mixed up with another one, hah!

Happy to hear things have sorted them selves for you though!
