In addition to former comment, since the new update, yoast SEO does not work anymore.
To be able to use it again (for instance for meta description), I need to desactivate CMB2.

Can you be more specific? In which ways is yoast not working? What errors are you seeing (if any)? I won’t have time to test until later, but any additional context you can provide will only help to determine the issue/solution.

Hello good, the same thing happened to me and just yesterday I started to upload a lot of traffic on the web where I use the plugin. The problem is that if the CMB2 plugin is enabled, yoast seo stops working and it is not possible to work the SEO. If the CMB2 plugin is removed, yoast seo works correctly again but the section where we put the iframe is disabled.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Justin,
on my side, when your plugin is activated, the readibility analysis and focus keyphrase of yoast are making circles …. looking for something. And then, the whole snippet review is disappearing … I am talking about the whole section (screenshot) in paragraph “What is the focus keyword/keyphrase” on this page:

Are you using Gutenberg or classic editor? What CMB2 fields are you using? Can you provide the box/fields config?

I am using a theme (basel), which is using CMB2.
So, I use classic editor mainly, sometimes wpbakery.
    And not gutenberg.
Further, before the last update of CMB2, everything was fine, I mean that I did not notice any pb when updating woocommerce, and then when updating to new wp with gutenberg that I had not before.

ps: I updated first the theme (basel). Then woocommerce. Then wordpress. Then you.
All separately. After having tested that everything was fine at each step. Till I miss something.

I’m having the same issue as reported here. Yoast SEO Premium box on any Page or Post in WP no longer displays or is editable. All other plugins are up to date, I am not on Gutenberg (using Classic editor).

Can someone provide any CMB2 config they’re using? Installing and activating both isn’t causing any noticable issue for me, but it is probably because I’m not presently matching exactly.

on pages and articles, it’s OK, no issue for me.
Issue seems to be only within products and projects, where theme is also more impacting.

Looks like someone managed to find some edits that address the issue and a release should be getting sent out today.

    See https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2/issues/1197 and https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2/commit/f16aaa81ef3f0c9638f457fb04629e3c00df7b8e

Trying out a copy of the develop branch for CMB2 would help test and confirm the fix that got committed. https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2/tree/develop
