Last Topic Widget

Love the plugin and it seems to be working fine, but the “Last Topic Widget” doesn’t look too good on my page.
As can be seen avatar doesn’t align with the text + the link is not a different color so its hard to know its actually a link.
I tried looking at the files to see if I could make changes but I’m not skilled enough. Please advise.
