I was not able to recreate that state, can you tell me version of WP that you use? Do you have access to PHP error log and check if there are some errors related to plugin?

Hi Jacobturan,

I was able to find source of problem. You have some kind of JS optimization on your site so it is doing packing of JS files (minifying). You need to tell that plugin to skip EasyAppointments files in order it to work properly. I assume that it’s just puting the plugin path to ignore list.

Yes I have BWP Minify running, I will look in to that later today or tomorrow. I’ll let you know if it works again. BTW I have the latest WP version installed.

I have deleted the plugin BWP Minify also disabled Cache and deinstalled your plugin and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Ok, thanks for that note. I will not do that in feature. It is hard to tell what is going on with users because every WP site is different in many ways, so I will look how to deal with those kind of situations.

You can delete temporary account that you have been created for me. Can you tell what is the values that you have been set for custom email messages. Looks like some values are not well formated, or there is something wrong in it.

It works on my other site, so I set it up there and used <iframe> to see it on the original page.

I am sure that problem is in that site, maybe some other plugin is causing problems. This is temporary solution for now, I will improve debug process by adding export plugin settings.
