Last submission shows 0

Following this thread, I have exactly the same problem in two websites.

I already have like 5 submissions, on 3 different forms, not showing.

In Settings I checked to keep forever the submissions.

Wordpress installation: WordPress 5.6.2
Plugin version: Version 1.14.8.1

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Could you confirm if you are using the Load from Ajax on Forminator > Form > Behaviour?

If not, kindly enable the load from Ajax and try to submit a test from the front end.

You can take the same steps, but kindly open a new thread, the issues may look similar but most of the time are different situations.

Is it possible to let us know the Form URL on the front end and we can take a look?

If you go to Forminator > Submissions, all the submissions are being added as expected?

Yes, we only allow certain regions such as the UK or USA because of the terms of supply for the products.

What region are you trying from?

I can confirm the form is working and no Browser console error related to Forminator.

Could you export your form from Forminator, upload it to Google Drive and share the link?

did you just run a form test? From an IP in Singapore?

Anyway the submission showed up with ‘just a test’ written on it.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the details of the test, as it was tested with a random VPN Setting.

Seems like everything is working fine now? Please do let us know if you are still facing any issues and if there is anything specific that still needs our attention.
