    Hi Greg,

The plugin was last updated two months ago, and this update didn’t contain any front-end changes.

As the issue is not consistent, it does not seem very plausible that this is caused by a plugin. Maybe your server does some caching on the server level?

You can verify if the issue is caused by Really Simple SSL by following the steps in this article: https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-really-simple-ssl/. Especially the paragraph “step by step deactivate RSSSL” should be worth trying.

The first thing I would try is to remove the .htaccess redirect, as that is the only thing the plugin does that might in some cases cause issues. But then again, it would require the server to load your site in different ways for this to be inconsistent like it is in your case. Maybe your hosting company can tell you if that is the case.

    Ok…hmm…after I posted this I noticed it seemed to clear up…strange…oh well…smile.
