• Ok here’s my question, it seems like the plugin does not track the time perfectly or what the logged-in user does. what and how does the plugin calculate the last seen column. does it track what page he is on etc, how is that column calculated. Another one is that the duration seems off by a lot. If the user does not click disconnect on the website and just closes his/her browser, then the plugin does not know what time to put in that column. Is it possible to make a check whether the user closed his browser or make the time more precise? Maybe using PHP Session?

@p4r4norm4l The plugin does not track the user activity. It just tracks the login related information along with some more useful attributes. The plugin keeps updating the last seen column on every action performed by the logged-in user. Currently the plugin cannot track the last seen when user closes the browser. PHP session cannot be used to detect closing of the browser.
    Hope this helps.

The problem I’m having is that I need to track users that are on a specific page and for how long, do you know of any plugins that does this ? Basically, it’s an online webinar and we need to know how long the person was on for, is this even possible?

The person is just watching and not doing anything, so , that’s probably why the plugin is not picking up any activity.

@p4r4norm4l It is possible to develop a custom plugin for this requirement. Let us know via this contact us page if you want me to develop the custom plugin so that I can give you its estimation and cost. Thanks.
