Thanks for reaching out to us.

As @danielrufde mentioned, it’s possible that the rules have been updated. You can check the timestamp for /wp-content/wflogs/rules.php to see if it’s current.

If the timestamp isn’t current, you can try deleting wp-content/wflogs/rules.php and letting Wordfence rebuild the file.
