Last Modified by user (WP admin area)

  • This is essentially a re-bump of THIS REQUEST.

    In the “Last Modified” column on the WP-Admin side, can we add who made the last modification, please? We’ve had several pages/posts that were modified with spammy stuff, so this would allow us to track down (potentially) which account was compromised.

    On sites where there’s a few number of users, we can easily track that down. On larger sites (25+ writers), it becomes more of a challenge.

    That sounds like a good idea. I’ll think about it and look into what that might take to implement.

    Evan, thank you for taking this under consideration. I’m a behind the scenes tech admin for a site that has anywhere from 250 – 375 active monthly writers… so something like this would be a *great* benefit for the editors and writers. ??
