last letter of "from name" is dropped

  • Great service! However I noticed since using the service that the last letter from the from name is dropped. It seems to happen with from names more than about 8 Characters long, but happens with different character lengths (no it’s not limited to x number of chars, just drops the last one). Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi Jman,

    I couldn’t reproduce this behavior. Can you try to catch the value of the from name variable using the mandrill_payload filter?

    Also, wpMandrill uses the build-in wp_mail_from_name filter, so probably an action hooked to that filter is modifying its value.
