Last letter in the From email name getting trimmed

In the form we have these fields

[first-name] [last-name] [your-email]

In the mail section I populate the From options (This is from email option of the mail) as below

[first-name] [last-name] <[email protected]>

Every time i receive the email, last letter in the last name is missing (getting trimmed).

Is this a bug or am i missing something, any help and suggestion are appreciated
