Last item jumps to footer

    Hi,

    First of all, thanks for the great plugin. It’s working flawlessly, except for the last item of the ToC. When I open a blog post and click the last item in the ToC, it scrolls all the way to the bottom to the footer. However, if I click it again, then it will work just fine. It only does this when you click the last item without having clicked on any items before.

    This is due to the lazy-loaded content on the page. The page height changes as the content is loaded so the scroll to position within that height changes. The solution would be to ensure the page height does not change as it is loaded. This is not something ezTOC can do, sorry.
