Last comment name persists

I seem to get the information from the last person leaving a comment persisting in the boxes for Name and Email address. I’m not sure if it’s only showing on my screen or on everyones, but it reveals the email address of that person, which I normally don’t show. (This is when I go to the blog without being logged in). This might also deter someone from commenting if they see another name and email is already there (though they can remove that and type new). Is there a way to have these boxes cleared before someone clicks on “Comments”?
