last category does not show on the shop page

    I had 5 categories for quite a long time on my shop. All those categories appear on the shop page very well. Then I added the 6th category yesterday,and put 2 products into the 6th category. I set the “categories per page” at 6 under the menu “Shop Page Show Products by Category”. But the 6th category never appear on the shop page. There are only 5 categories on the shop page as before.

    I get puzzled, and do not know where I set wrong.

    Hi John,

    Please go to the Product Categories menu and ensure that the new category that you added is switched ON to show on the shop page. You will see each category has an [ ON | OFF ] switch for option to show or don’t show on the shop page. You may not realize it but you can also chnage the order of the categories by drag and drop on the categories menu.

    After I update all the plug and woocommerce, it works, the new added category shows up on the shop page now.

    We just believe if the Free version has all the features that you need for your store – we are very happy that we have been able to help and that you are using some of our software – and if you or anyone needs more features than are in the Free versions – then those more than likely will be in the Premium version.
