Largest Thumb from Youtube

Hi,
the largest thumbnail video from youtube is not downloaded.
Your plugin clicles into these strings:
‘maxres’, ‘standard’, ‘high’, ‘medium’, ‘default’,

but youtube api V3 with part = snippet returns only ‘high’, ‘medium’, ‘default’
the highest resolution is available here:
https://img.youtube.com/vi/<insert-youtube-video-id-here>/maxresdefault.jpg

please, can you update the plugin to solve the problem?
