Largest Contentful Paint is 8.7 secs

  • I need your help in reducing my LCP. I am not a developer but I did try installing a few plugins that help to optimize WordPress speed. But that didn’t make much of a difference. Since LCP affects SEO, I need to get this fixed. Please suggest.

  • What is the LCP without Google ads? That is really slowing down your page load.

    Check these speedtest results. Slow server response is the main bottleneck. And get rid of that loading animation. It makes the site appeas slower then it is.

    I am using adsense auto ads and adsense manual ads. I tried checking lcp after removing each of them individually. The best result I got when I removed manual ads but my LCP is not reduced.

    I see improved “Reduce the impact of third-party code” from 540 ms to 274 ms. but LCP ios still the 8.7 s

    @seocheckup I will see if I can talk to my hosting service provider about this. I will keep the community updated here.
