[NSFW] Largest Contentful Paint image was not lazily loaded

you will need to disable the Native Lazy Loading that WP core adds by adding thos PHP Snippet:

add_filter( 'wp_lazy_loading_enabled', '__return_false' );

Or you can ignore it … its Just Google saying the image has the loading="lazy" attribute but the browser choose not to lazy load it as its above the fold.
