    Hi,

Bulk printing receipts for orders (above ~300 orders) is giving us “Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.”

    Any way to fix it?

It doesnt seem to be a server side issue as we do not see any spike in resource usage.

    Best Regards

    Bump.

It seems to be an issue with “GET” requests? Is there a way around this?

    Hi @nikeri,

Apologies for the delay on this.

I will get this issue checked on our end with 300+ orders as you mentioned to see how bulk printing works with those many orders and will update you here with the results of the tests. Thank you for your patience.

    Kind Regards,
    Upendra.

Great, thank you. I have upped all apache limits and i still encounter this issue

300 orders is fine i think, but perhaps around 350, 400+ orders this issue appears

As we print 1 per order and can have 1000+ on a monday a solution would be much welcome

    Best regards

    Hi again,

Did you have a change to test this out?

    Hi @nikeri,

This depends on the server where your site is hosted. We would suggest you to talk to your hosting company once to see if they can change some server parameters so that more orders can be selected in bulk.

    Regards,
    Moksha.

    Hi,

    Noted, sorry for that.

We have upped everything on server level without change and never got a reply with test results, so will find another solution. You may close this thread.
