Large spaces b/w columns

I am getting large spaces between the end column and the start of the new column on a new rows. I am not sure if the text box plugin that is being used (i.e., Special Text Boxes plugin) is interfering. Here is the URL: https://auto-accident-denver.com/home
If think its the text box causing the issue do you have fix. I am fairly new to this so you may have to tell me in easy to understand instruction. Thanks for your help.
