large space between top menu and page content

Hello, my website is https://www.vestiro.ro and I don’t know how to remove the blank space between the top horizontal menu and page content.
I have modified every padding / margin settings found in style.css and minified version but it is not working. I am new to css and I don’t know where to search any further.
