Large space between field label and field.

There’s a large space showing up between the field label and the field. It’s so large it makes it seem like the label pertains to the field above it rather than the one below. When inspecting it I see there’s a
tag between the <label> and the <input>. I’m just not sure where how to get rid of this
tag.

Any ideas? This is the first time I’ve ever run into this problem with Custom Contact Forms.
